EAK Consumer Directed Services is a Financial Management Services Agency for the Consumer Directed Services Option (CDS). CDS allows individuals who receive home care services from Texas Health and Human Services Commission to self-direct their services. CDS participants become the employer and oversee recruiting, training, and managing their support employees.
EAK Consumer Directed Services is a family owned and operated business physically located in Northeast Texas but servicing the entire state of Texas. With multiple decades of combined home healthcare experience, we are well seasoned and prepared to support our clients in any way we can.
